Our client is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead the scoping, planning, and delivery of software enhancements across their software product suite. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and development teams to define requirements, prioritise change requests, and ensure successful implementation of software updates and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and technical requirements for software changes and enhancements.
- Scope and define project deliverables, timelines, and priorities in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Act as the bridge between business users and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of change requests from initial concept through delivery and deployment.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Support testing, validation, and rollout of new features or system changes.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Experience in project management and/or business analysis within the Trust, Fund or Corporate Service Provider industry is vital.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Experience managing multiple software change initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Agile or similar software delivery methodologies is desirable.
